Boni Books Publishers (Pty) Ltd, trading as Boni Books, is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the books for a refund of the purchase price. If you are not satisfied with your order, the following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by an original invoice.
- Products should be returned to the following address:

- All the books returned must be 100% in their original state and condition as they were initially dispatched.
- Refunds for Returns received within 30 days of the purchase date will be given in the same form as the original payment type.
- Your original Courier/delivery costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for any costs to return the merchandise.
- Boni Books is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send, if any package you send is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not replace or refund your order.
- Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility.
