3. Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Physical Books: Refundable within 30 days if unused/unopened.
  • Digital Books (eBooks): Non-refundable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@bonibooks.co.za with order details.
  2. Ship returns to 33 Metcalf Avenue Highlands North 2102 (customer covers return shipping).
  3. Refunds processed within 10 business days.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • Provide photos of damage within 2 days of delivery.
  • We’ll replace or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards/downloadable content (unless defective).
